How to Start a Return

Email us at info@purewaterguys.com or call 866-560-9808 and we'll walk you through the process.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm your item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and your credit card is processed, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking within six business days, contact us at info@purewaterguys.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to info@purewaterguys.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
