How Subscriptions Work
PureWaterGuys subscriptions automatically ship replacement filter cartridges on your chosen schedule so you never run out of clean water. Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment.
Billing
You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle (monthly, every 2 months, quarterly, etc. — depending on the plan you selected). You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.
Changing Your Schedule
You can change your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account at My Account or by contacting us at info@purewaterguys.com or 866-560-9808.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date with no cancellation fee. To cancel, log into your account or contact us directly. Cancellations requested after a charge has processed will apply to the following cycle.
Shipping
Subscription orders ship via standard ground shipping. Free shipping applies to subscription orders over $35. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement at no charge. Opened filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Price Changes
If we change the price of a subscription product, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies.
