This product does exactly what it is intended to do, at half the cost of other brands! Plus, you only have to change the filter every 10-12 months. Which i think is outstanding. Especially at this price.. My hair is 50 times softer, my skin is not peeling from dryness, my shower is cleaner, my breathing is better, everything that this product has done for my family and I has been incredible! I have thick, dry curly hair....and without this product, when i go take showers elsewhere, it's INSANE. My skin and hair are horribly dry.. Now i use less than half of the conditioner i used to use..and my hair is INCREDIBLE!!! SO soft, and so much more manageable there is no comparison. Night and day. A MUST for people who want to better the quality of their hair, skin, and life, Just absolutely GREAT!
Living in the Southwest with limestone, calcium, dust, rust, etc., this is a total blessing! My skin and hair has been soooo dry and I feel that a subtle change is happening! Hair doesn't feel so brittle now and my skin feels much softer. Water coming from the shower head now feels silky. Highly recommend the Crystal Quest shower filter head that uses these cartridges.
Every since I installed one of these in our shower, I've noticed my hair and skin have improved drastically. It doesn't filter absolutely all of the rust, but I have some pretty rusty water so I'm very impressed with how much of it it does filter. I can tell by how the shower doesn't get rusty like it used to. I had to replace mine at about 8 months and it probably wouldnt have hurt to do it a little bit sooner but I'm not complaining about that because of how rusty my water is. Very happy with the price and quality.
Tested the amount of chlorine left in the water at work and it reads 0. Thought I made a mistake because I didn't believe it could be working that we'll and still tests at 0. Tested after about two months of use. I came back and bought more.
The Crystal Quest filters really knock out the chlorine from the shower (ugh! who wants to bath in that crap?). I am very pleased. Once you buy the whole unit you only need to buy these replacement filters. Just unscrew the unit and put this filter in, screw it back on. Love it. I used about 5 of these things and they are so good I will keep ordering more.
